Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing fun age-appropriate activities for both children, supervising any after-school activities that might come up as well as taking the initiative to plan play-dates and outings to keep them active and engaged, going on walks and encouraging outdoor play, occasionally helping with dinner time, baths, and helping with bedtime when needed. This position will also include some grocery shopping for the family, preparing healthy meals for the children, as well as child related light housekeeping to help maintain an organized space, including laundry, and helping tidy children’s areas and living spaces. The family would also like the candidate to be able to prepare dinner in the evenings and help in the kitchen so that mom can do bath-time and spend some time with the kids.

A discreet family based on the Upper East Side is seeking a full-time personal/family assistant to start ASAP. Candidates should be able to provide 24/7 availability, which does not mean they will be required to work 7 days per week, rather it means being reachable outside of their regular work week if the principals are traveling, or in the event that the candidate is working on a time-sensitive project (e.g. moving house) or in the case of an emergency. A lively and sweet family of five in NoHo is seeking a full-time nanny/family assistant to join their team in early 2023. The schedule would be Monday through Friday, typically 12pm to 8pm or 9pm. The children are ages 6, 8, and 10, and Mom stays at home, so you'd work collaboratively to manage the children's schedules. They are flexible on start time as all the children are in school, but will always need availability during the evening hours.
