A lovely down-to earth family based in Concord, MA, just outside of Boston, is seeking a fantastic estate manager to oversee their homes. The family has additional residences in Back Bay, Miami, and Cape Cod, and the estate manager should be comfortable traveling to them as needed. The schedule will generally be Monday through Friday, 40-50 hours as needed, and candidates should have a 24/7 mentality to assist with things as they come up.

Duties for this position encompass everything related to residences and their care. Each home has several staff on site, so the estate manager will work with them to ensure that the homes are running smoothly. Duties include scheduling and overseeing renovations and projects, being on-site for maintenance and vendors, and hiring and supervising household staff. Other duties include overseeing invoices, house/staff manuals, shopping for groceries and other household items as needed, running errands, keeping up with car maintenance, and opening and closing the homes as needed for the season. The family is also seeking someone who is open to various projects that come up related to the home and family such as redecorating and reorganizing. The ideal candidate for this role will be proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask and think ahead.
