Regular communication with other staff members is paramount to ensure all aspects of the family’s life run smoothly and efficiently and you will work closely with the housekeeping team and carry out daily 'walk through's' to ensure the home is kept at an exceptional level of cleanliness at all times. Other responsibilities will include reporting any maintenance issues to the principals or the PA so that they can be resolved immediately, conducting the household's stock take and updating stock levels weekly, ordering household items, managing and recording daily deliveries, and planning and implementing the household rota (at least 2 weeks in advance) to ensure the family's staffing needs are consistently met and cover is in place for the chef's days off.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and without oversight, but is very much a team-player, happy to support and work alongside the team or to take ownership where necessary. You will be highly effective, completely professional, discreet, able to always maintain confidentiality, and comfortable multi-tasking while remaining calm and in control. The family all adhere to specific, personal diets, so you will need to be confident in service, quick and efficient, and completely unflappable. You will be expected to understand the family and household rhythms, ensuring that you always remain a step ahead, can pre-empt situations and needs and have a solution to problems before they even arise. A clean and current driving license is essential, and candidates should be able to travel with the family both domestically and internationally. The family will offer from $40/hr.

A professional couple is looking for a long-term, part-time dog walker in Wellington, Florida. The role start as soon as possible. The family includes the mother, father, 7-year-old girl, and 4-year-old boy. They have 3-pug dogs, 1-pomeranian, 1-maine coon cat, and birds. They have a fully staffed home (nannies, housekeepers, chefs, laundress, a home office with administrative staff, etc.).
This person must have experience as a dog walker. Hours will ideally be 5-days per week, for 2-hours in the afternoon/early evening. This can be any 5-days, within the 7-days of the week.
