A family in Montgomery, TX (a suburb of Houston) is seeking a full-time nanny/mother's helper to join their team. There are three children in the family ages 3, 4, and 6. The two older children are in school full-time and the younger child is in school two days per week. The schedule would ideally be Monday through Friday from about 1pm to 7pm, with an extra 5 hours built in for occasional evening or morning help (40 total guaranteed hours per week). The family would love some flexibility on Saturdays for a date night once or twice a month, and will want a candidate who can travel with them or stay overnight while the parents are away.    Job responsibilities include helping with pickups from schools, which are a 30-minute drive from the family's home. The rest of the afternoon will involve getting the children settled into after-school routines and managing dinner time. Help with tidying up the home and running of some errands will be included in the duties, though the family has a housekeeper who will do more deep cleaning.
