A sweet family of three based in Mill Valley, north of San Francisco, is seeking a travel nanny to join their family. The family travels twice per year- approximately 4-6 weeks in the summer, and 4-6 weeks in the winter. Ideally, the family would like to find one nanny whose focus is travel, and would be able to accompany them on these annual trips. This travel is international and will mainly take place at their home in Switzerland. A high-profile, high-end family are seeking a superlative chef in Miami Beach, FL. The schedule will incorporate breakfast (8:30am/10:30am, served), lunch (12 noon, served) and dinner (pre-plated and left in the fridge). The principals are open to a schedule of 5, 6 or 7 days per week (Monday through Friday/Monday through Saturday/Monday through Sunday), per the candidate’s availability/preference. The chef can expect to leave each day at 2pm, once they have cleaned up after lunch. They can invest their time after this as they deem fit (grocery shopping/menu preparation etc.).    At all times the chef will prepare menus on a weekly basis for 3 separate groups- the principals (gluten, dairy, and carb free), the team of nannies (bulk-prepared, family-style, 1 employee has a peanut allergy), and the two toddler children (varied diet, no allergies). All ingredients must be organic and superlatively sourced. This is a Kosher household, and though the family do not describe themselves as Orthodox, they do prefer the chef to source only Kosher meat, and not mix milk and meat in the kitchen (the chef will have their own chef's kitchen). A business woman living in Manhattan, is seeking a long-term, full-time, live-out junior personal assistant to begin immediately. The schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm, with flexibility to be available remotely on Saturday from 10am-4pm, if needed.    The candidate will work in the home alongside the principal.  The candidate will be responsible for assisting with running errands, attending appointments with the principal, picking up medications, accepting/returning packages, answering correspondence, managing her calendar, and assisting with projects she is currently working on. The principal also has a friendly dog that she would ask the candidate to occasionally walk or take to the groomers/vet regularly.    The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is patient, calm, and reliable.  The principal suffers from an illness that causes her to have seizures throughout the day.  She needs a candidate who can be calm around her when those are happening and to be there for her after. The principal really just needs a candidate who can assist her with daily tasks/projects and to calmly assist her with her medical condition when it happens.   The principal is offering between $70-$90k but does have some flexibility for the right candidate.
