A lovely couple in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a full-time live-out housekeeper 40 hours per week to replace their beloved long-term housekeeper who is retiring. They truly value this person and are looking for someone who wants to stay with their family for years and years. As such, they are open to the perfect relocation candidate. The principals travel quite often and when they bring their dog with them, the work schedule will be more flexible at the house while they are gone. When they travel without the dog, the housekeeper will be expected to stay overnight at the house and provide pet care. The ideal schedule is Monday-Friday but they are flexible to accommodate schedule changes as long as there is advance notice. 

• Full housekeeping of 9,000 sq ft home including but not limited to
  • Cleaning (there is a team for extra deep cleaning every other week but must be willing to do some deep cleaning in between)
  • Making the beds
  • Keeping the kitchen clean
  • Laundry, ironing, pressing
• Oversee managing the household inventory
• Light meal prep and cooking during the week (easy lunches and dinners a few times a week)
• Grocery shopping and errands 
• When the principals travel for extended time (4-6 weeks) there will be larger-scale organizational projects/deep cleaning tasks to complete
• Some personal assistant work if candidate is interested 

• A real professional who doesn't need any micromanaging or handholding

• Someone who can be 10 steps ahead and has their own lists and systems (such as knowing when to deep clean the outside furniture, how to get the house ready for overnight guests, etc.)
• Knows how to run a house like a high-end hotel and provide exceptional service 
• Child friendly as they may eventually have children in the home (would have separate nanny for childcare)

• Take pride in their work
• Tech savvy to coordinate with vendors and principals 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a housekeeper or stewardess
• Driver's license, clean driving record, and willing to drive own car (mileage reimbursed)
• Dog friendly and open to staying overnight with the dog if the principals  travel without the dog (additional fee for overnights)
• Knowledge of how to care for high-end clothes, bags, and furnishings 
• Be delicate and careful when cleaning
• Be detail-oriented
• Must be legal to work in the US

• Competitive hourly pay plus overtime and overnight fee when applicable
