A loving family of three in Tribeca is seeking a full-time live-in or live-out nanny. The family is seeking a loving and energetic nanny who wants a mutual long-term relationship to be with a family for many years. Parents are both working and their daughter is 4-months-old. The hours are Monday through Friday 7am-7pm with flexibility, if living in, it would be living in for the 5 days. 

Candidate should be well experienced, for at least 5+ years with children of a similar age and be knowledgeable of all phases of childhood development from infancy through school-age, including engaging in creative/active play, assistance in achieving developmental milestones (potty training, sleep training, etc), reading, language acquisition, development of fine motor skills, and building relationships with others. Parents believe in sticking to sleep and feeding schedules as well as routines for the child. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with any scheduling and planning of appointments as well as keeping on top of child’s needs. Candidates should have solid professional boundaries and the family appreciates those that intuitively know when to step-up and when to fade into the background. The parents want the nanny to be a full team-mate who is happy to do whatever is needed to help, including laundry, bathing, sterilizing bottles/toys, organization, tidying up, small errands, dishes, and helping with meals and snacks. The family would love someone who is happy to help with cooking, not only for the child, but meal prep for the whole family when time allows

The family does travel both domestically and internationally so candidates should be willing to accompany them and be travel ready. Family requires that nanny be fully vaccinated (including flu and COVID), be CPR trained, and be able to swim. Hindi speaking is a HUGE plus but not required. This position is paying $35-$45/hr DOE.
