Candidates must be proactive, flexible, tech savvy, kind, empathetic, trustworthy, creative, fun and active. A calm energy and positive attitude are also appreciated. It’s essential that candidates be team players, as they will be tag teaming with Mom much of the time. Due to the location, candidates must be strong swimmers, with an appreciation for nature and the outdoors.
