Due to the need to be on call Thursday through Monday, the family will offer guaranteed hours whether you work 10 or 40 hours per week. The salary they are offering will be dependent on experience, $60,000-$100,000/year. The family has homes in Manhattan and Upstate NY, you will be required to travel upstate with the family and live-in there 6-8 weeks of the year. Occasional late nights and overnights will also be required.  This position requires a nanny who has experience with three very different developmental stages and is comfortable working with multiple children simultaneously. The children are energetic, so you must be comfortable running around with them or getting on the floor to play with them. The parents would ideally love to find someone who is very warm, loving, bubbly, cheerful, very upbeat, energetic, caring, and responsible. The ideal candidate for this role will be warm and engaging and will take direction well and have a strong attention to detail, as well as a sense of maturity.    The main responsibilities will be everything relating to the children including, but not limited to; bottle feeding, preparing baby food, changing diapers, taking children to the park/playground, doing arts and crafts, taking the children to classes, completing children's laundry, keeping the children's areas tidy, loading the dishwasher, engaging with the children, assisting with bath and bedtime routine, communicating and working with the parents to provide the best care for their children, monitoring and fostering developmental milestones, and helping the family's daily lives run as smoothly as possible. A lovely family in San Francisco, CA are seeking a nanny for their 1.5-year-old son to start as soon as possible. The ideal schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, with the flexibility for the occasional date night and weekend event.   Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overall care of their son; feeding, changing, bathing, etc, keeping him active and engaged by taking the initiative to come up with and provide fun age-appropriate activities, going on walks, taking him on outings, and helping with bath and bedtime when needed.
