Regarding travel, there will be travel an average of one weekend per month, plus one 10-day stretch between October through April, and a 10-day vacation in the summer. The family has a home in Palm Beach, FL which is the location of most winter travel. The family does spend one month every summer in the Hamptons, and the nanny can either stay for the month or go back and forth each weekend. When at the Hamptons or in their Palm Beach homes, the nanny will have their own bedroom. There will be minimum international travel.
Hours will ideally be Monday through Friday, 10:30am-7:30pm, with flexibility to stay late occasionally and some flexibility for occasional weekend work. The family is offering medical, PTO, paid sick/personal days, main holidays paid, and a discretionary yearly bonus. Regarding PTO, they offer 2-weeks, one week is the nanny's choice, the second week the family chooses and that will either be Thanksgiving week or the week of Christmas week. Whichever week the nanny is not on PTO, they will be working with the family.
The nanny must have their valid U.S. Passport, must have their drivers' license, must have their own car, and must have a clean driving record. This person must know how to swim. The nanny must be COVID, TDAP, and Flu vaccinated. Also, the family does regular COVID testing. If interested, apply to VV257.
