They can shorten the day until 5pm for the right candidate. This is an ASAP start date and trials start this Tuesday!
A lovely, warm family in Ross, CA, is seeking a live-in or live-out career nanny for their 3 children, aged 5, 7, and 9 years old. The schedule will typically be 7 am-9 am, then 2 pm-7 pm Monday through Friday. Candidates are either completely free between 9 am and 2 pm, or (if they wish to work more hours) they may choose to assist with household management/ organization during this time. If candidates are open to working additional hours on the weekend the family would welcome this, but this is not a deal-breaker.

This is a new role and the schedule will be a guaranteed 20-25 hours per week (with the potential for this to expand in due course, as their family grows). Since the family’s apartment is an open-concept design, candidates should be able to grocery shop for/ prep (in an off-site capacity) 4 dinners and 3-4 lunches each week for 2 adults. Lunches can be delivered and left in the fridge to grab and go, and dinners do not need to be served, but warmed/prepared fresh at their home for 6-7:30 pm, then the candidate may clean up and leave.
