A family who primarily resides in Omaha, NE is seeking a full-time live-out nanny for their 22-month-old and eventually their baby who is due in August (but the baby will have a Newborn Care Specialist for the first several months so the initial primary care will be for the toddler). This will be a travel-heavy role with time spent on a yacht during the Winter and in the Summer to places such as the Caribbean and the Mediterranean. The family does have another full-time nanny who has been with them for nearly two years so the nannies will alternate care in the sense of schedule and travel. For example, each nanny will rotate working 2-5 days/week, including weekends, guaranteeing 40 hours/week with shifts between 7am and 7pm. Generally the role will be 42 hours a week. Both nannies will travel with the family, providing opportunities to rest and enjoy exploring destinations on their own. Must be a team player and work collaboratively with the fellow nanny and the parents. Both parents are present in the home and actively participate in their children's lives, with Mom staying at home and Dad working with flexibility. They engage in their children's daily routines without micromanaging, expecting their nannies to demonstrate high levels of autonomy.
