The family includes the mother, father, 8-year-old girl, 7-year-old girl, and 5-year-old girl. They have one dog. They have a fully staffed house, including housekeepers, nannies, a chef, and property/pool maintenance.   This person must have several years experience in a HNW private residence. Although they have a formal-looking household, as the client refers to it as living in a "Faberge egg", they are not so formal, in that they do not need to be served their meals. They may ask for drinks and such at times, but they do not require dinner service. When they have dinner parties, this role may be expected to help with serving. Bonus if you are familiar with wines, as they do have a wine cellar, but this is not a deal breaker. Occasionally this role will include driving the children - their nannies will be present as well.   To be successful in this role you should be proactive and take initiative- you must be a self-starter, as they do not want to have to constantly supervise this role. The houseman/butler must also be able to occasionally go to their house in Malibu.   Hours will ideally be Monday through Friday, 10/11am-6/7pm. Must have flexibility to work occasional weekends. The family is offering medical. They cover 100% for the employee, and 50% for their family. Other benefits include PTO, and main federal holidays paid.   They summer in Canada for 6 weeks. This houseman/butler role would spend minimal, if any, time there with them in Canada. This person would still work, although may not be needed as much, but would still get paid full-time.   The houseman/butler must have their valid U.S. Passport, or valid Permanent Resident Card (Green Card). This person must have their valid drivers' license, must have their own car, and must have a clean driving record. COVID vaccine is not required. The salary range is $130k-$150k/year, contingent on experience. If interested, apply to VV323.

A lovely, busy international family are looking for a top-notch domestic couple to look after their London and, occasionally, their country homes in the UK.  When the family are in residence the couple can expect to work from 8am until 9 or 10pm with a couple of days off per week (not necessarily over the weekend).  When the family are abroad, then the role will revert to a more normal schedule of Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. The couple will be responsible for all aspects of housekeeping including general cleaning and tidying, deep cleaning, silver cleaning, French polishing, laundry and ironing.  Other duties include, but are not limited to, cooking and serving, general maintenance, running errands, grocery shopping, looking after vehicles and occasional chauffeuring and general butler duties.  This is a busy, hands-on role and would suit an active, engaged couple with a 'muck-in' mentality. The ideal candidates are discreet, flexible, calm, and very capable, with positive, can-do attitudes and excellent references.  The ability to speak Spanish would be a plus.  The family would prefer that if one person specialises in housekeeping, then the other person is comfortable taking on the cooking and meal prep - when the family is around the focus is very much on housekeeping and meals and it will be too much for just one person.  Accommodation is provided in the basement of a newly-built house in Notting Hill.  When the family are in residence, the space will be shared with the children's nanny.   If you are interested in the position and are legal to work in the UK, please apply to ZI056.
