The candidate should have prior experience working with high-end homes.  The client splits 50% of his time in Maine and the rest in Florida.  The client would prefer someone who is already local to Maine, but is open to relocating the right candidate. This is a live-out position, and no housing will be provided. The role will entail all aspects of daily housekeeping, deep cleaning, and keeping a museum-style home.  You will be working with the estate manager and they will be the primary contact.  Preparing properties for arrival/departures and keeping them guest ready is key.  Knowledge of fine art, china, and other valuables is a plus!  There is a dog on the property, and the candidate must be comfortable with helping to handle the dog's needs when in residence.
