A warm, active family living in the mountains is seeking a full-time, 5 days a week, live-out nanny to join their household team. The schedule will be two days off (Either Monday and Tuesday or Tuesday and Wednesday) then Thursday-Sunday. The family currently has a 2.5-year-old child and is expecting another baby, so they are looking for a long-term nanny who is excited to grow with their family and eventually care for two children.
The family’s toddler attends school three days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) so during hours without children will initially lean more toward a mother’s helper while the toddler is at school, until the new baby arrives. The nanny will assist with light household tasks, including children’s laundry, running errands, keeping play areas organized, and helping maintain a smooth daily routine.
Providing attentive care for a toddler and, eventually, a newborn

Significant prior nanny experience, including newborn and toddler care
Nurturing and engaging with young children
Trustworthy, dependable, and able to work collaboratively with parents
Comfortable living and working in a mountain environment with an active, outdoorsy lifestyle
Willingness and ability to travel with the family
Strong communication skills and professionalism in a private home
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
Able to commit long-term and grow with the family
Salary starts at $100,000 with room to grow.
Family is providing housing that cost $3K a month with a stipend of $1K so the total amount a candidate would pay is $2K.
