Seeking a flexible and autonomous weekend personal assistant for a busy professional couple. This client splits their time between multiple residences, generally 5-months in London and 7-months in the US between NYC, Aspen, and Miami. They currently have one UK based PA and one NYC based PA who work Monday through Friday for them. They are seeking an additional PA who can work dedicated weekend hours preferable on both US and UK time depending on their current home base. You can expect to work from about 6-9pm (their local time) on Fridays, 10am-9pm (their local time) on Saturdays and about 10am-6pm (their local time) on Sundays - but should have a round the clock mentality if there are any urgent issues or requests. Typically you will have the hand-off with the weekday PA on Friday and then take over ordering the couple meals and deliveries, handling travel accommodations, booking entertainment, making/editing reservations, and other ad hoc projects. This is a mostly remote role but they would prefer someone NYC based and might require household visits for themselves or extended family in the area (they have older children and a parent who might occasionally need something dropped off, etc.) They are flexible with pay for the right person.
