A wonderful family in NYC are seeking a live-out nanny for their 2-year-old twin boys. The schedule will be 8:30am-5:30pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and 1pm-5pm Tuesday and Thursday. The family is guaranteeing 30 hours each week and are open to occasional weekends if the candidate to hire is looking for more hours.     Responsibilities will pertain only to the care and well-being of their boys, to include; getting them up and dressed each day, preparing simple meals, going for walks, and keeping them engaged, and following a structure through the day. This person will report to the estate manager and will work directly with the house manager and lady of the home carrying out directives across all family residences. A great family is looking for a live-out ROTA nanny in Miami Beach, Florida. This person will rotate two weeks on, two weeks off with another ROTA nanny the family already has. The family's preference is a local candidate (no relocation offered). The family includes the mother, father, 8-year old, 5-year old and a baby. The ROTA's will only care for the 8 and 5-year olds. The baby has its own nanny. They also have a housekeeper and a laundress. They have one dog. The nanny must have several years experience in a private residence. They will care for both children, get them ready for school, then during the day will do light housekeeping, keeping the kids rooms, closets, and playroom clean, put away their laundry. There will be down time once all is done and the nanny will be free for the remaining time, until the children are due to come home from school. Upon the children coming home, the nanny will engage the children with activities and will cook their dinner. They do eat healthy organic meals, which the mother will help guide the nannies on what to make for them. The family is offering a generous compensation package, federal holidays paid (if working a federal holiday, will get paid time and a half), and a performance-based yearly bonus. A loving, down to Earth family is seeking a domestic couple for their home in Ridgefield, CT. This is not the primary residence, they will mostly be there weekends and during summer. They are open to live-out locals, but would prefer a couple who could live-in on property year round. They have an amazing large guest house near the entrance of the property for the couple to live in. It is a 2-bedroom cottage, complete with a kitchen, sitting room, laundry, and a private garage.    The couple will be responsible for all of the exterior and interior maintenance, swimming pools, tennis courts, preparing the homes for the family’s arrival before the weekend, occasional babysitting, overseeing landscaping and gardening of the 50 acre property, and the housekeeping of a 12,000 square foot home throughout the year. The children are 8 and 12-years-old so do not require too much attention, but you may need to be able to sleep over in the main home if the parents are out late. There are two cleaners who come in daily to clean the home, the domestic couple will be responsible for directing the cleaners, but to also be hands on in the home and work as a team.     The family are looking for self-starters who have experience working in demanding homes and have the training to get things done without being asked. This really is a passion project for a couple that loves caring for properties.
