A sweet family in Greenwich, CT is seeking a flexible and adaptable live-out nanny to assist them with their growing family. They currently have a two-year-old boy and are welcoming a new baby in April. They have a primary nanny who works during the week and will also have an NCS for the first four-six months after the baby is born, but they are looking for an additional person to help fill in. The imagined schedule would be weekends, as well as some part-time hours during the week to give their primary nanny and NCS time off. There is flexibility on the exact schedule for the right candidate as the family is going to be figuring out what works best for everyone, but most weekends are required.  The two-year-old is quite shy and takes time to warm up, so the family would like to find someone who is able to start on a more part-time basis in February or March, but they are willing to work with a candidate who is interested in the position but needs to work more hours. At some point after the NCS is no longer with the family, the hours will likely be close or equal to full-time. This is a great family and they want to find the right nanny, so they are willing to discuss various options.  The ideal candidate will be warm and engaging, will have experience with infants and toddlers, and will have the stamina to handle a busy and changing household. This is a live-out role and the candidate must have a driver's license and car. If you are legal to work in the US and are interested in this role, please apply to AS071.
