From April through September the schedule will typically be 8am-4pm from Thursday through Tuesday, then from September through April this will switch to 8am-4pm Monday through Friday. Seeking a part-time time, professionally-trained chef to work a flexible schedule in Miami Beach. The schedule is Saturday, Sunday and one day per week. When the family go to Aspen, which is typically Christmas time, March and summer, they would like the part time chef to travel with them. This would mean additional hours of work and therefore pay. The family would provide accommodation and travel, but it means the candidate has to be flexible to work additional hours during certain times of the year. The Aspen schedule is going to be December 10th – January 4th this year, it is usually one week in March and then usually July and August in the summer. Additionally, when the full time chef takes his one month vacation (at some point during each year), this part time chef would have to work full time throughout this month.  You will be in charge of providing breakfast, lunch and dinner; most days this will be for the principals, and could be for up to 6 family members.
