A sweet, dynamic, entrepreneurial family is seeking a live-in or live-out full-time nanny for their almost 2-year-old daughter. They are offering a schedule of 40+ hours a week with the opportunity for over time with some nighttime and weekend commitments. They travel often and up to 2 months at a time to locations both domestic and international. Therefore, the candidate to hire must have a valid US Passport. When traveling, the nanny can expect to work longer shifts, accruing more hours including 24+ hour shifts. The family needs someone who is flexible but punctual as both parents work and have changing schedules. For example, some days may be starting at 11am and go into the evening or start earlier in the day and therefore end earlier. They can guarantee 40 hours of work a week and need a nanny who can work up to 50-60 hours a week.   Job duties include items for the toddler: preparing food, doing laundry, going on walks, packing and unpacking, and often some light PA work like researching baby classes, etc. The nanny does not need to drive for this role. Duties for this position encompass everything related to residences and their care. Each home has several staff on site, so the estate manager will work with them to ensure that the homes are running smoothly. Duties include scheduling and overseeing renovations and projects, being on-site for maintenance and vendors, and hiring and supervising household staff. A wonderful, loving family is seeking a rotational nanny for their 3 year-old. The family splits their time between Miami and New York City and travel often. The general daily schedule will be 7am to 8pm (wake up to bedtime), and the nannies will work on a 14-day rotation. Flexibility will be needed for night-time coverage and longer-term travel, so a 24/7 mindset is required during the shift. The travel schedule can be busy and change last-minute, so the family needs nannies who can roll with the punches and be self sufficient.  The position will be live-in while on duty (with private accommodations provided) and the nanny can go back to their home base while off-duty.
