The schedule will be a guaranteed 40 hours per week, from 8:30am through 4:30pm Monday through Friday, with flexibility required to accommodate date nights or other with advanced notice.    Mom is stay-at home and loves spending time with her baby, so candidates may not always be required to work full days in the beginning, but will of course still be compensated. A professional couple in San Francisco is seeking an exceptional, extremely detail-oriented, part-time housekeeper to start immediately. The schedule will typically be 2pm-6pm Monday through Friday, and the role will require the care of two residences in the same luxury building (5 floors from each other) to be serviced in different frequencies.   The main residence (a 2-bed/2.5-bath high-end penthouse apartment) will require daily servicing. There is also a guest apartment (a 2-bed/3-bath high-finish residence), which needs to be serviced weekly, or as needed based on the frequency and needs of house guests. Each residence is approximately 2,000 sq. feet of space and comprised of many delicate items that require special and sophisticated care. As such, the principals are seeking a team member who can work with the residence manager to attend to all items in the residences with care and precision: silver, glassware, furniture, and art. This position will work fairly autonomously and will be mostly self-directed, so having a good amount of initiative is critical.    The candidate should provide the equivalent of a 5-star hotel service- daily cleaning/maintenance, deep cleaning in stages during the week, as well as turnover of all bedding and other linens daily. Previous experience with polishing delicate, crystal glassware is essential. The vast majority of luxury clothing and linens are sent out for cleaning/ironing but will also sometimes need attention. The laundering of towels and basic clothing, as well as some wardrobe maintenance, is necessary as a primary responsibility. There will also be a small amount of pet care for the principal's 2 cats, to include litter box maintenance or the occasional weekend visit for feeding.   Candidates must be mature, polished, professional, and presentable, with consistent, long-term experience in a similar role. This is a formal household and candidates must uphold a formal demeanor at all times- a uniform will be provided. A family in Greenwich, CT, is seeking a full-time, live-in or live-out career nanny for their children, aged 1.5-years, 2.5-years, and a newborn (a newborn care specialist will be on board for at least the first 6 months). The schedule will be 11:30am to 7:30pm, Monday through Friday.    The family have a second nanny to help at weekends and there is already a housekeeper/nanny employed, who manages all of the food prep. Both children attend school- the eldest attends half days, 5 days per week (and will be full-time from September) and the youngest attends half days 3 times per week. Both children attend various extracurricular activities after school, so candidates should be comfortable dropping the children off/accompanying them and picking them up.    Candidates should be mature, professional, caring, with a high EQ, and positive disposition. The parents appreciate good communication, a firm but fair approach to discipline, where boundaries are firm but the children are treated with respect and provided with choices, and where meltdowns/bad behavior are not met with a reactive response, but patience and positive reinforcement. The family is seeking candidates who really engage with their children, who have a genuine love for children and a focus on encouraging the children’s physical, social, and educational progress. The children love to read (they don’t really watch TV), be outside running around, arts and crafts, etc. Mom will be heading back to work in Fall, though the parents do enjoy managing the morning routine/school drop-off themselves, so this won’t affect the nanny’s schedule.    There will be travel to both domestic (Rhode Island) and international destinations a few times per year. A car driver is essential, and a vehicle is provided for use on duty. Given that there will be a newborn in the home, only those candidates who are COVID vaccinated, and up to date on their TDap, MMR, and Flu vaccinations, will be considered. Candidates must also be non-smokers and strong swimmers. The family are seeking a long-term commitment and are willing to pay competitively for the right candidate. If you are interested, with a US passport, Green Card or EAC, please apply to KP535.

A family on the Upper East Side are seeking two rotational career nannies for their two sons, ages 9 and 3. The role will be 7-days-on 7-days-off. The family splits their time between their homes in Millbrook, NY and on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Typically they spend weekends upstate and weekdays in the city. Other duties include all tasks related to childcare for the three-year-old. This includes engaging with him actively in play and spending time outdoors swimming and running around as well as keeping him on a structured routine. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with any scheduling and planning of appointments as well as keeping on top of the child’s needs. When the family is back in NYC, the candidate will organize/host play-dates and take the children to museums, parks, and activities. The family is looking for a self-starter who has an understanding of child development. Someone who has experience managing children with special needs is ideal for their son, but the candidate must be calm, patient, and energetic.  The candidate must have CPR certification and a clean driving record. A car will be provided for all on-duty hours. The ability to swim is a necessity, as the family has a pool at their home upstate. Job Locations US-NY-New York
A lively and sweet family of five in Greenwich Village is seeking a full-time nanny/family assistant for their three school-aged children. The schedule would be Monday through Thursday, typically 10:00am to 8:00pm. They are flexible on start time as all the children are in school but will always need availability during the evening hours. The family spends Summers in the Hamptons, so you would stay overnight Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday during those months. You should be available to join some family vacations with advance notice.   Job responsibilities include handling pick-up of at least one (sometimes two) children, driving to and from after-school activities/sports in their car, helping with homework and managing dinner, and getting the children ready through evening routines with the parents. The family assistant responsibilities (generally to be completed in the few hours pre-school/camp pickup, or during commutes to/from the Hamptons in the summer) include things like personal administrative or house management tasks for the parents, grocery shopping and errands, and keeping the children's and family's lives organized.   The family is looking for someone energetic and proactive with a positive attitude. One parent stays home, so the nanny/family assistant will collaborate with them to manage the children’s needs. This position also involves some overlap with a housekeeper and weekend nanny, so collaboration is a vital skill in the role. Swimming skills are helpful and a valid driver's license is a must. If you are interested in cooking, that would be a huge plus! A competitive salary ($100,000-$125,000+/year), paid time off, health insurance benefits, and an annual bonus will be provided to the hired candidate. If you're interested and legal to work in the US, apply to EB510.
