Very nice family is looking for a full-time, live-in or live-out (may be a combo), career nanny, in Greenwich, Connecticut. The live-in accommodation is a fully finished basement, with bedroom, bathroom, and tv room.   The family includes the mother, father, 3-year old girl, and baby girl due February. The parents already have a newborn care specialist contracted for the first 6-months of new baby girls' arrival. The career nanny must have previous experience as a nanny in a private home, preferably for high-profile principals. Preference also to someone educated, ideally in early childhood education, be a former teacher, and/or have experience with Montessori. The 3-year old is very advanced, she learned her numbers, and alphabet early on and wants to start to read, and is very inquisitive. A professional businessman is looking for a full-time, live-out, Spanish-speaking, house manager, in Key Biscayne, Florida. Family dynamic includes himself and his 4 children, all girls. Also, they would like for this person to be flexible to house sit when they travel, including pet care (feeding 2x per day, changing water to be fresh, let out to pee/poop throughout the day). The family is also looking for this person to do "special projects" done like windows, porch clean up, snow shoveling, children's play-date clean-up, party help, etc., as needed or as can be worked into schedule.
