An amazing, kind, and loving family in the Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco are seeking a full-time housekeeper/family assistant with the option of live-in or live-out. There will be some flexibility with the start date, however they would like to have someone in place by January. The schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm with lots of flexibility. The family travels and would like someone who will consider traveling with them especially when staying at their home in Newport Beach, California. They are considerate of a work-life balance and are generous with time off when traveling and in general.   Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to a combination of all aspects of general housekeeping duties for a three-story, 10,000 square foot residence, assistant duties such as errand running (client provided car), dry cleaning pick up/drop off, greeting and overseeing vendors for repair and maintenance and taking or picking up the children from school. The family has a casual, minimalist lifestyle and would like someone who can keep things clean, organized, and tidy, has attention to detail, is familiar with how to properly clean various surfaces such as marble, will shop for groceries and wash fruits and veggies before putting in the fridge. There will be a need for some minor food prep such as making snacks for the kids or helping chop veggies. While “childcare” isn’t required, preference will be given to those who don’t mind occasionally watching or playing with the children ages 4 and 2. They do have a part-time nanny. However, Mom prefers to delay housekeeping duties if there is some serious Lego building going on or she needs to run a quick errand and it’s outside of the nanny's regular hours or there is a need for an extra hand at that moment.   Please be pet friendly as the family has a hypo-allergenic dog that will need to be fed, occasionally walked, and taken to the vet and groomers. Dog has a part-time dog walker as well. The ideal candidate will be looking for a long-term role, be personable, dependable, trustworthy and have a go with the flow attitude. A lovely family of four in Greenwich, CT is seeking a top-notch live-in nanny. The family has two boys, ages 3-years and 7.5-months. The schedule for this role will be Monday through Friday, 7:30am-7:30pm. A five-day live-in candidate would be ideal, but the family is open to someone who needs to live-in 7 days, and the provided accommodation is a private bedroom with en-suite bathroom.  Duties for this role will include everything related to the children, including supporting the achievement of milestones, going for walks and supporting indoor/outdoor play, infant care (feeding and washing bottles, diapers, managing sleep and feeding schedules), transporting the children as needed, child-related tidying and organization, children's laundry, and cooking for the children. The family is seeking a nanny who is comfortable in the kitchen, as the children eat fresh and healthy meals with very minimal processed foods in their diet. They would love to find a team-player who is willing to assist with keeping common areas neat- family laundry would be greatly appreciated, but is not required. The 3-year-old child has a warm, happy disposition. He also has global developmental delays, including an autism diagnosis. Experience with special needs or developmental delays experience is a major plus but not a requirement. The family is looking for someone patient and engaging, who is able to communicate on his level.    The father works long hours in the city, and the mother works from home (part time), so the nanny should feel comfortable working with her as a team. While the schedule is 60 hours, there will often be down-time built into the day while the older child is at school from 9am-3pm. They are looking for someone who enjoys getting down on the floor with the children rather than observing. This is a physically demanding job, so candidates should be active and able to manage and carry a large toddler. The ideal candidate for this role will be warm and engaging, patient and flexible, and dedicated.    The family has a small hypoallergenic dog, so candidates should be comfortable around pets. They travel several times per year over school breaks and would love for their nanny to join them. Driving is required for this role, and a car will be provided for work use.
