A couple in Marlboro, NJ are looking for a full-time, live-in (5-day or 7-day) housekeeper/cook to join their team. There are no children or pets in the home, just the couple. The schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday, 7am to 5pm. The live-in accommodations will be a private 2 bedroom apartment above the garage with a private entrance, bathroom, laundry room, and kitchen. The 20,000 square foot home is split between 2 housekeepers. The current housekeepers have been with the couple for 10 years, but one of them is retiring. The couple are looking for a long-term fit to replace the housekeeper who is retiring. 

You will be responsible for the first floor and for cooking dinners for the family; the other housekeeper will work the second floor of the home and do most of the laundry. The main responsibilities will include receiving deliveries, coordinating with vendors and contractors, cleaning of the 1st floor of the home, running errands, grocery shopping, keeping the pantry and refrigerator clear of expired products, polishing silver, cleaning crystal and fine china, cleaning of the indoor pool room, and preparing light breakfast and dinner for the principals. The ideal candidate will have a quiet demeanor, work well on a team, and will have experience in formal homes.
