A busy principal just outside of Paterson, NJ is looking for a part-time personal assistant. The position will mostly be remote work of about 15-20 hours per week. The position only requires you to be in person at the principal's home around twice a month. The principal is an author and is looking for someone that has experience in the author world. The main responsibilities will be connecting with other authors, communicating with publishers and editors, managing social media, managing websites, running errands, managing calendars, reminding the principal of upcoming tasks and appointments, and booking travel- the principal traveled very frequently before covid restriction were in place. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and always one step ahead of the game. The principal has many different projects on the go and would love someone that can stay on top of all deadlines, calls, and appointments. You must be able to drive as you will be required to come to the principal's home in NJ twice a month and may need to run errands.
