A busy professional is seeking a full-time live-in chef who will be based in his Greenwich, CT home but who is open to travel frequently to Europe and is comfortable working on his 80 ft. catamaran throughout the year. He is looking for someone who can provide delicious meals for himself and guests - breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. The principal has a preference for traditional Italian foods and healthy foods and has a love for sushi. The best schedule he's found has been a 10-day-on 4-day-off setup to work around the travel. You can expect to be in Greenwich 50% of the time and Europe 50% of the time. Time spent on the catamaran will be approx. 6 weeks during the Summer and two 3-week trips in the Winter. You must be able to properly serve each meal as well.
