A private family in San Francisco is seeking a seasoned and proactive executive/personal assistant. The schedule will be 40+ hour work week, Monday through Friday, with flexibility. This is a true EPA role with responsibilities in both the home and office - including running errands and gift buying to calendaring social and business events, drafting correspondence, running point on extensive, elaborate travel plans, acting as the interface between the principal and household staff, and more. No two days will be the same, and this is not a desk job. Flexibility is essential, along with a 'no job is too big or too small' attitude.
