First class executive assistant needed to support the CEO of a company based out of Santa Monica. This is a 24/7 office-based role, and you will be expected to be reachable at all times. You will be coordinating with multiple assistants across the US to keep the principal's life running smoothly and efficiently. Primary responsibilities include substantial calendar management, complex travel coordination, managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence, sitting in for the principal during meetings, various errands, and more. You will be held to a high standard and are expected to represent the principal and company at all times, so a professional demeanor and utmost discretion must be exercised at all times. The candidate who will be successful in this position presents well at all times, is comfortable interacting with professionals at all levels, and has at least 6 years of experience supporting a principal of this caliber.
