    Experienced family assistant needed for busy family of five in Portola Valley. This position could be either full or part-time- the hours are flexible, as long as they are consistent from week-to-week. Primary responsibilities will include ensuring smooth running of the residence, arranging vacation travel, providing admin and personal support such as; creation of weekly dinner menu, management of online calendar for children, grocery shopping, ensuring household & kid supplies are current, keeping cars maintained, errands, dry cleaning, making appointments, occasional pick-up or drop-off of children, family meal prep 2x/week, and more. The ideal candidate will be discreet, methodical, and educated with a solid administrative skill set. You must demonstrate good judgment and strong communication skills, and be resourceful & proficient with technology. You must be a team player with a logical and sequential mindset and an organized, professional approach. All candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
