A busy family in Los Altos is looking for a fabulous part-time personal assistant to help keep their home and schedule organized. The schedule will be a set 20 hours per week, although which days and hours those are is flexible (as long as they're consistent week to week). The job will consist of coordinating with the principal's EA on scheduling matters, assisting with travel arrangements, scheduling and supervising repairs and vendors in the home, and ensuring household supplies are stocked. Additionally, you will be needed to run occasional errands, manage needs at their secondary homes on an as needed basis, and manage the incoming mail and packages. The home has a lot of moving pieces, with multiple children, and you should be able to move quickly and think on your feet. Communication is very important to this family and they're looking for someone who is confident enough to offer ideas and be proactive, but receptive to feedback and able to handle minor conflict with ease.
