A family located in Manhattan is seeking a nanny/family assistant that will work part-time hours for the first two months and then full-time hours beginning in the new year when the mom returns to work. The part-time schedule will be Monday through Friday, 30 hours, with flexibility as too exactly which days can be worked. The family is also open to offering 40 hours per week depending on the candidate. Full-time hours will be 60 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm. The main responsibilities will be centered around the infant, i.e. feeding, sleeping, activities to help meet developmental milestones, and taking him to any appointments. Other responsibilities will be light housekeeping, cooking, scheduling, and possible errand running when needed. Ideal candidates will be highly experienced, autonomous, flexible, and responsible. You must be flexible to travel domestically when needed and have newborn/infant experience.
