    The CEO of a growing technology company seeks a property manager to manage the company’s facilities as well as his family’s properties. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00am-7:00pm with flexibility to start earlier, end later, and work occasional weekends with notice. Major duties include commercial real estate negotiations, facilities management (occasional construction projects), office assignments and coordination, construction coordination for a Manhattan apartment, and oversight of a country estate. The key qualifications needed are- experience with facilities and property management, strong schedule and project management skills, strong managerial skills, advanced Excel skills (nonnegotiable), experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, attention to detail and accuracy, professionalism, integrity, discretion, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation includes health benefits, 2 weeks paid vacation, and a generous salary. You must have excellent verifiable references to be considered for this role in addition to a U.S. passport, Green card, or EAC.
