The CEO of a growing technology company seeks an executive assistant to support his wide-ranging administrative needs. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00am-7:00pm with flexibility to start earlier, end later, and work occasional weekends with notice. Major duties include calendar management, complex travel arrangements, project-based event coordination, and internal/external communications among other things. The key qualifications for this role are: advanced Excel skills (nonnegotiable), experience in a fast-paced, high performance environment, attention to detail and accuracy, professionalism, integrity, discretion, and impeccable verbal and written skills. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation includes health benefits, 2 weeks paid vacation, and a generous salary.
