We are seeking a junior recruitment specialist to join the team at our SoHo headquarters. As part of our training process, the role will begin in our Talent Acquisition Department. Responsibilities will include identifying and sourcing top talent to increase our candidate pool, building business and brand exposure, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and liaising with the Recruitment Team. Pending a performance review after three months, you will join the permanent NYC recruitment team and your responsibilities will include interviewing applicants, meeting with clients to assess their needs, facilitating interviews, trials, and hires, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring all internal processes are running smoothly. The ideal person for this role will have excellent communication skills, will be proficient with Mac products, will be willing and capable of learning new technology platforms, will thrive under pressure, and will be capable of working both autonomously and as part of a cohesive, structured team.
