BAHS is seeking a recent graduate with experience in HR to join the recruitment team as an entry-level specialist at our SoHo office. Primary responsibilities will include identifying and sourcing top talent, building business and brand exposure to acquire and nurture new clients, screening candidate resumes and profiles, creating and placing job advertisements, conducting phone screening, and scheduling interviews/managing the office calendar. A bulk of your time will be spent strategizing on the best platforms and times to advertise, placing ads, and screening talent. Your efforts will have a direct impact on the success of our company. An ideal candidate for this position would be someone who is dedicated, proactive, focused, dependable, caring, and discreet.
