We are seeking a recent college graduate with basic marketing or human resources experience to fill our full-time talent acquisition role for our Los Angeles office. The right candidate will have experience working on a team and will strive in this type of environment. The candidate will help our recruiters in our BAHS Los Angeles office. Responsibilities will include identifying and sourcing top quality talent to increase the BAHS candidate pool, screening resumes for BAHS standards, promoting and fostering candidate relations, and assisting the recruiters in any additional tasks that may come up. The ideal person for this role will be proficient with Mac products, will be willing to learn various technology platforms, will be capable of working well under pressure, and will be willing to make a long-term commitment.
