A wonderful, down to earth family near Santa Barabara is seeking an experienced part-time executive assistant to help juggle their busy lives. You will work approximately 10-15 hours/week, some of which will be on-site at the home, and the remainder you'll be working from your own workspace. Duties include, but are not limited to, managing calendars for appointments, travel and guests, making reservations and appointments, running household errands, researching and identifying vendors for specific products, managing and renewing various family memberships, vehicle maintenance, identifying, managing and scheduling vendors and service providers for household maintenance, and more. Candidate must be able to represent the family in a professional and discreet manner at all times, be extremely organized, detail oriented, tech savvy, and be an independent problem solver.
