  • Overview

A busy family in Greenwich, CT is looking to add a new nanny to their household. The schedule will be Monday through Friday 35-40 hours per week (40 hours guaranteed pay). Typically, it will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1-8pm and Tuesday and Thursday from 6:45am-4:45pm. They have a wonderful nanny who has been with them for years who works the opposite schedule. They are also open to providing a live-in situation if a candidate prefers. This is a great position for someone who is looking for a kind, involved family to join. It is not a full-charge position, as both parents are actively involved- someone who walks in and tries to take over won't be a good fit here. But for someone who wants to support a lovely family and grow in their professional nanny career, this is a great opportunity to join a high end staffed home with a healthy and fun work environment. They have four kids ranging in ages from 7 months to 7 years. Their ideal nanny will have experience with kids of all ages and will be just as comfortable going to music class with the baby or taking the older kids to sports practice. You must be a team player and be able to partner with the other nanny and mom. Occasional meal prep (and baking projects with the kids!) is required (not gourmet cooking by any means), so you must also be comfortable in the kitchen and able to follow a recipe. In order to qualify for this position, you MUST have a valid driver's license, be comfortable around dogs (family has one in the home), have experience with families with at least 3 children, and have the flexibility to travel to their second home over the summer and on occasion throughout the year. If you meet all of these requirements and are legal to work in the US, please apply online to AM171.
