Private family is looking for a live-out House Manager/Personal Assistant to manage their large estate in Tiburon, CA. Hours are very flexible as it would likely be primarily remote, checking in bi-weekly or as needed to inspect and assure that all tasks are being performed correctly, collecting bills and other important mail, preparing the guest home for visitors, etc. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, hiring, scheduling and supervision of necessary employees and independent contractors, maintaining financial records and receipts for tax preparation services by family’s CPA, overseeing general operation of home, budgeting and balancing checkbooks, paying bills and assuring services do not lapse, running errands as well as other requested administrative and household tasks. The perfect candidate will be possess a high level of professionalism, will be autonomous yet communicative, discrete and incredibly organized.
