Seeking an assistant property manager for a large estate in Oyster Bay, Long Island. You will be in charge of the upkeep of four properties, including grounds, primary residence, guest houses, pool, and vehicles. You will be expected to team up with the house manager, landscaper, and housekeeper; coordinating with vendors, and hands-on execution. This is a Monday through Friday position, full-time and you must be willing to work overtime on occasional weekend or evening hours. Primary duties include assisting with the production of maintenance schedules, managing seasonal care of the grounds (you must be able to oversee and assist when needed with performing these functions), and more. You must have a minimum of three years of experience working in an active residence, must be service oriented and a self starter, must have flexibility with your schedule, and possess an energetic and dedicated work ethic.
