An entertainment family in Los Angeles is seeking 3 chefs to work on rotation. The work schedule will be between 30-40 hours per week on a 24/7 basis. The ideal person for this position will have experience with a variety of cuisines, can work well under pressure and with last minute changes/additions. You will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with high-profil clients, preferably in the entertainment industry, can hit the ground running, will be able to work long hours, have thick-skin, and a tireless work ethic. Duties include, but are not limited to - provisioning, menu planning, preparing meals for small and large parties at the last minute, etc. The family is particular with their diet and they dislike spicy food, celery, sage, rosemary, raw onions, basil, NO green flakes of ANY kind, no skin on fruit nor vegetables. The family likes green apples (compote, pies, etc.), salmon, seabass, dover sole, shrimp, chicken, cheeseburgers. Note - food must always be prepared fresh a la carte and garlic MUST be used in puree form. Must have a US Passport, Green Card, or EAC.
