BAHS is seeking a recent college graduate with basic marketing or human resources experience. This position requires a commitment of 3 days per week. The right candidate will have experience working on a team and will strive in this type of environment. The candidate will help our recruiter in our BAHS Los Angeles office. Duties and responsibilities include - but are not limited to - helping build a team base in LA to service the state of California, identifying and sourcing top quality talent to increase the BAHS candidate pool, screening candidate resumes for BAHS standards, promoting and fostering candidate relations, and creating job advertisements on multiple platforms targeting specific audiences. The requirements for this position include proficiency with Mac products, ability and willingness to learn various technology platforms, ability to thrive under pressure and to design and prioritize tasks in the most effective and efficient manner, and willingness to make a long-term commitment.
