We are seeking an experienced domestic staffing recruiter/placement specialist who will head the BAHS Los Angeles office. This position offers incredible growth opportunity as we expand our California office based in LA. Duties and responsibilities will include: helping build a team base in LA to service the state of California, increasing our brand exposure and awareness in California through partnerships, PR, going to events and trade shows, coordinating weekly meetings and implementing ideas that increase our job order and business flow, utilizing our applicant tracking software to manage operations and processes while following company procedures, meeting with clients to assess their needs and facilitate interviews, trials and hires of candidates accordingly, maintaining client relationships to ensure future referral-based orders, and any other tasks that may arise. Requirements for this position include the ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of California market - specifically Los Angeles and San Francisco, excellent business communication skills in the area of sales and negotiations, proficiency with Mac products, ability and willingness to learn various technology platforms, ability to thrive under pressure and to design and prioritize tasks in the most effective and efficient manner.
