A private family is seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeper to join a dedicated team at a luxury private residence in Beverly Hills—with 20% of your time supporting the Principal. You will be primarily responsible for maintaining the home to white-glove standards and providing specialized support to the Principal’s Personal Ladies Maid and the Principal. Reporting to the Lead Housekeeper, the ideal candidate is an adaptable, team-oriented professional with exceptional attention to detail, including demonstrated flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. The general schedule will be 3 days a week from 8:30 am to 5 pm and 2 days a week from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. The longer shift may be temporary as they are making adjustments to the schedule. The candidate will have regularly scheduled days off on Tuesday and Wednesday.

• Impeccable Housekeeping: Maintain a large private estate to “white glove” standards, ensuring all areas of the home—including floors, rugs, windows, kitchen, bed linens, and furniture—are impeccably clean.
• Laundry Care: Handle fine linens and delicate fabrics with expertise, including washing, folding, ironing, and proper storage.
• Organization: Proactively maintain the neatness and organization of closets, cupboards, and storage areas.
• Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with the household team, following established protocols, systems, and task schedules.
• Event Assistance: Assist with preparation and cleanup for events hosted at the residence.

• Specialized Experience: Proven hands-on cleaning skills with exceptional attention to detail. Must have knowledge of how to care for luxury materials, fine fabrics, and delicate furnishings. Previous experience working for an ultra-high-net-worth  family is essential
• Professionalism & Demeanor: A professional, respectful, and positive demeanor. Ability to handle confidential information and valuable belongings with discretion and care. Required to maintain a neat, conservative appearance and excellent personal hygiene.
• Soft Skills: Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and willingness to learn. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work efficiently under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Teamwork: Comfortable working in a team-based, formal household where mutual respect and shared responsibilities are expected.
• Flexibility & Travel: Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the Principals’ dynamic needs. It would be preferred for candidates to be willing and able to travel internationally if needed.

• Legal & Screening: Must pass a comprehensive background check, possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a spotless driving record, and be legally eligible to work in the United States.

• Pay Rate: The pay rate is $45.00 per hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
