A warm, active family in San Francisco is seeking an exceptional full-time nanny/“Super Nanny” to become a trusted, long-term member of their household. The schedule Monday–Friday, approximately 9am–5pm, with occasional flexibility until 7pm. 

The family has an 8-month-old daughter and a 4-year-old son who attends school approximately eight hours per day. The primary focus of this position is caring for the baby, although the nanny should be comfortable caring for both children when needed, particularly during school breaks, weekends, family travel, or other occasions.

This is a hands-on, relatively low-stress position with a family that values reliability, safety, good judgment, and a long-term relationship with their nanny. The family is willing to be flexible on compensation for the right candidate and is open to relocation for an exceptional nanny.

• The nanny's primary responsibility will be the care of the family's 8-month-old daughter, including:
• Providing attentive, loving, and developmentally appropriate infant care
• Managing feeding, naps, diapering, bathing, and daily routines
• Planning age-appropriate activities and outings
• Supporting the baby's development and milestones
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment for the children
• Baby-related laundry, dishes, tidying, and organization
• Preparing simple meals and snacks for the children
• Helping maintain consistent routines and schedules
• Communicating with parents regarding the children's daily activities, needs, and development
• Caring for both children when the older child is home or when the family is traveling
• The nanny should be comfortable taking the children on age-appropriate outings and activities and should be able to manage the children's day independently.
• The family's 4-year-old son is in school full-time, approximately eight hours per day, so the day-to-day role is primarily focused on the baby. The nanny should still be comfortable caring for both children together when needed and be prepared to take full responsibility for both children during family travel, school closures, or other occasions.

• The family travels approximately 3–4 times per year and is looking for someone who is comfortable traveling with them and caring for the children while away.
• The ability to confidently care for both children during travel is important.

• A valid driver's license and strong driving ability are required.-Having a reliable personal vehicle is a major plus, although the nanny does not necessarily need to drive to work every day.

• Must be loving and engaged with the children, highly safety-conscious, dependable, proactive, and able to use excellent judgment.

• Looking for a long-term position rather than a short-term placement

• A genuine animal lover who is comfortable around a small family dog
