Overview

A family of 3 in Ashland, Oregon, is seeking an experienced, health-conscious Private Chef to prepare fresh, high-quality meals for two adults and eventually their baby when he transitions to solids. The family strongly emphasizes quality ingredients, seasonal cooking, and a healthy, farm-to-table style of eating. The primary focus of the role will be preparing dinner for the family Monday through Friday. The husband has specific dietary needs, including a gluten-free, dairy-free, no-added-sugar diet, so the ideal candidate will be comfortable cooking within those parameters while still creating flavorful, varied meals.

The family has wonderful farmers' markets nearby, enjoys fresh, local ingredients, and has access to their own beef through the family's cattle ranch, as well as fresh fish. They are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys cooking with high-quality ingredients and can bring creativity and variety to the family's meals.
