A private family based in Miami, with regular time also spent in New York, is seeking an experienced live in Nanny Housekeeper for their 4-month-old daughter. This role combines dedicated childcare with light housekeeping and household support, and the family travels often, including for long periods of time. The ideal candidate is flexible, discreet, and comfortable traveling with the family on short notice.

The schedule is 5 days per week, 40 to 50 hours per week, whether the family is traveling or at home. The exact schedule will be determined with the successful candidate. Flexibility is essential, as the family needs someone who can travel for extended periods. This position is open to Miami, Florida based candidates. Portuguese speaking is a plus, and Spanish speaking is also a plus.

• Anticipate the child's needs and keep all baby related items organized and prepared
• Provide attentive, consistent infant care, including feeding, sleep schedules, and daily routines
• Handle light housekeeping and household tasks related to the child, such as the nursery, baby laundry, and keeping living spaces neat and tidy
• Travel with the family as needed, including being ready to pack and unpack quickly with the diaper bag always prepared
• Maintain a calm, low key, discreet presence, reading the household and stepping back to allow the family privacy as needed
• Work collaboratively with other household staff while maintaining clear responsibility for the child's care
• Be comfortable around household pets

• Prior experience working in an ultra-high net worth or high-profile private household required
• Strong infant care background with excellent knowledge of feeding, sleep schedules, routines, and developmental milestones
• Experience managing light housekeeping alongside childcare
• Mature, experienced candidates with a calm, discreet demeanor preferred
• Strong understanding of confidentiality and professional boundaries within a private household
• Comfortable with frequent travel, extended stays away from home, and last-minute logistics
• Portuguese speaking is a plus
• Spanish speaking is a plus
• Newborn care specialists with strong nanny experience are welcome to apply, though the family is prioritizing candidates geared toward long term, ongoing childcare as the child grows, not solely infant focused care
