A loving family of four in the West Village is seeking a part-time housekeeper to help with their 5-story Brownstone. The home is about 4,000 square feet and has several flights of stairs. The schedule is 3 days per week for approximately 4 hours per day, guaranteeing 12 hours per week. The family is open to more hours if things work out. 

• General housekeeping and household upkeep
• Daily cleaning and organization of all living spaces
• Vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, and maintaining overall tidiness
• Weekly deeper cleaning projects as needed
• Maintaining household organization and cleanliness across multiple floors
• Willingness to help with laundry is a major plus 

The ideal candidate is:

• Must be able to work 3 days per week 
• Must be very comfortable with stairs 
• 5+ years of professional housekeeping experience in a private home
• Experience caring for luxury finishes, furnishings, and household materials

• $40-50 per hour, depending on experience
