A wonderful, established private family of 4 is seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to support a busy executive and help manage the day-to-day rhythm of their personal and family life. This is a rare opportunity to join a warm, loyal household — the family’s team members have been with them for 15+ years, a true testament to the respect and longevity they offer their staff. This role is fully remote. The client is primarily based in Florida. Flexibility/responsive outside of normal work hours is needed; the role is not 24/7 per se, but when principal is traveling there will be an on-call mindset for the PA. The candidate to hire must be proactive, mindful to not make sloppy mistakes, follow up on things, be resourceful, button down on tasks, book travel, and manage personal calendars of the family. The family has their own airplane and the candidate to hire must coordinate frequently with the airplane management company, so prior experience with this is needed.
They are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys supporting a principal and family, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes pride in providing exceptional service. This is a unique opportunity for a highly organized, resourceful, and service-minded professional to become a trusted right hand to the family, helping manage a wide range of administrative, logistical, travel, and personal support responsibilities.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys creating order out of complexity, and takes pride in ensuring every detail is thoughtfully managed. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, solutions-oriented, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. This is a predominantly personal assistant-focused role with approximately 70% personal support and 30% executive support.
Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with managing family calendars, appointments, and scheduling across multiple cities
• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including commercial and private aviation, accommodations, ground transportation, dining reservations, and VIP experiences.
• Liaising with household staff, vendors, and service providers across multiple properties (deliveries, maintenance scheduling, etc.)
• Handling personal errands, reservations, gifting, and special projects
• Anticipating needs before they arise and keeping every detail on track
• Maintain strict confidentiality and exceptional attention to detail
• Flexibility and responsiveness are essential outside of normal work hours
