A busy and professional family of four in Miami Beach is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Housekeeper to keep their home running smoothly. The family is flexible on schedule structure depending on the right candidate: live-out, Sunday through Thursday, 5 days a week, or live-in, 6 days a week with Wednesdays off. Live-in candidates would have additional hours and coverage compared to the live-out schedule.

The home is large and requires a high level of ongoing care and attention. The family needs someone who anticipates what the house needs before being asked and keeps it guest ready at all times, including around entertaining and last-minute guest needs. Schedule flexibility is required, as the role will shift around the principals’ entertaining and travel schedule as needed.

• Full charge of household cleaning and organization throughout the home
• Deep cleaning of a large home on a rotating basis
• Keeping the home guest ready at all times
• Grocery shopping and inventory management
• Meal preparation
• Holiday and seasonal decor setup
• Packing and unpacking for the principals as needed
• Assisting with entertaining and guest preparation
• Laundry, ironing, experience with garment stain removal
• Previous laundress experience is a plus
• General household upkeep
• Coordinating with vendors or additional household staff as needed

The ideal candidate has meticulous attention to detail and takes pride in anticipating the needs of the home rather than waiting to be told. They are comfortable managing a large home with a high standard of care, flexible with their schedule around the family’s entertaining and guest needs, and bring a calm, professional, and discreet presence to the household.

• Minimum 5 years of professional housekeeping experience in a private home
• Experience maintaining a large home to a high standard
• Comfortable with grocery shopping, inventory, and occasional meal prep
• Experience assisting with entertaining and guest preparation a plus
• Flexible and adaptable schedule
• Valid driver’s license
• Legal to work in the US
• Strong verifiable references
