A family living in South Miami is seeking a top-notch Spanish speaking house manager to join their fully staffed home.  This is a live-out role.  The candidate should have prior experience running a high-end tech home and hit the ground running.  The schedule will be Monday throguh Friday.  You must be fluent in Spanish.  The candidate should already be living locally or a commutable distance to Miami.  The family is not looking to relocate.  The family is ready to hire upon finding the right candidate.

• Proven experience building and leading a staffed household
• Build the operation from the ground up
• Independent household leadership: Run the current Miami household without needing close day-to-day guidance, identifying needs and following through without repeated prompting.
• Staff management: Manage and set standards for the household team, including two ROTA nannies, chef, housekeeper, personal/household assistant, and other support staff.
• Build household systems: Help establish staff policies, a household handbook, onboarding/offboarding procedures, and practical operating standards.
• Organization and accountability: Create clear schedules, communication processes, regular reporting, and accountability across the household team.
• Strong technology skills: Be highly tech-savvy beyond basic email and calendars. Be confident learning new systems, working with smart-home technology, and using digital tools for task tracking, documentation, and remote collaboration. Troubleshoot basic issues, recognize when specialist support is needed, and work effectively with technical vendors.
• Proactive property maintenance: Establish preventative maintenance routines and identify repair and upkeep needs before they become urgent.
• Established Miami vendor network: Bring trusted local vendor relationships and sufficient hands-on property maintenance knowledge to evaluate recommendations, assess workmanship, and ensure issues are properly resolved.
• Construction coordination: Work closely with Zarco, the family’s owner’s representative/construction management team, and other contractors without duplicating their project-management responsibilities.
• Coordination around household life: Schedule maintenance, construction, and vendor visits around the family’s needs and household staff schedules, minimizing disruption.
• Close partnership with the remote Chief of Staff: Stay aligned on household priorities, staffing, projects, systems, and issues requiring escalation, while taking responsibility for day-to-day execution on the ground.
• Assess what is missing, recommend priorities, and put the right systems and standards in place.

• Must be legal to work in the US
• Already living locally or a commutable distance to Miami

The family is offering a competitive salary of $150K++ depending on experience.
