A lovely return BAHS family in the Union Square area of NYC is seeking a live-out ROTA nanny to start ASAP for their three children, ages 2.5, 1.5, and 8-months-old. The rotations will typically be 7/7, though flexibility will be needed for longer rotations during travel. The nanny can expect to work 12-hour days on rotation, with some wiggle room in either direction depending on parents' schedule and travel. 

• Full childcare of three active and sweet children. This position is for a nanny who can confidently care for three children close in age. 
• Enrichment in and outside the home, monitoring and encouragement of milestones, and partnering with mom and dad to collaboratively ensure the best care for the children
• Light housekeeping related to the children - this consists of children's laundry, solids introduction and meal preparation, and keeping children's spaces and belongings tidy and clean (organizing diaper deliveries, switching out clothes, eg.). The family travels relatively often, and the nanny will join them and manage the packing and unpacking and planning activities at the destination

• Calm, confident, easygoing, and warm nature. The parents lean toward an empathetic, kind approach both to the children and within the home.
• Proactive and energetic to get the children out of the house daily. The family would appreciate a nanny who researches the newest classes and activities, joins play groups, and encourages the children to be social. 
• Close attention to detail and an excellent communicator 
• Easily go with the flow and okay with last-minute changes, especially with children close in age!
• Driver's license would be nice to have but not required 
• Someone with a degree or training in education, early childhood development, or psychology OR classroom experience would be ideal, but a career nanny who is professional and wants to really join a great family is most important 

• Excited for travel, including both domestic and international 
• Confident swimmer, as the Florida house has a pool and ocean access 
• Looking for longevity in a role and comfortable in a busy home that will have children close in age. They hope to find a nanny who wants to join their family long-term and grow with them.
• Legal to work in the US

$125-145k annualized hourly pay
